This notice explains how Maple Automation handles personal information when you visit this website or contact me about services.
The short version: this site has no advertising trackers or website inquiry database. The contact form prepares an email in your own email app. Please do not send passwords, customer records, health information, financial details, or confidential files.
Information you choose to provide
If you email me or use the inquiry form, you may provide your name, email, company, timing, a rough capacity estimate, and a workflow description. Your email provider and mine also have their own privacy practices.
How I use it
I use inquiry information to respond, prepare conversations, provide services if we work together, and meet legal, security, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. I do not add you to a marketing list simply because you make an inquiry.
Website data
The site does not currently install analytics or advertising cookies. If you use the capacity calculator, the estimate is kept in your browser’s session storage so it can be included in the inquiry draft. The site does not transmit it on its own. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs to deliver and secure the site.
Sharing, retention, and safeguards
I do not sell personal information. Service providers such as email, hosting, productivity, security, legal, and accounting providers may handle information as needed to operate the business. I keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information I hold about you, or ask how it has been used or disclosed, subject to applicable exceptions.
